Terms and Conditions of Dulce Salado y Mas Nyc LLC

1. General

Welcome to DULCE SALADO y Mas Nyc LLC. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors and users of DULCE SALADO y Mas Nyc LLC.

2. Products and Services

We offer a variety of fresh baked goods, including cakes, cookies, sweet snacks, savory snacks, and more. All our products are made with high quality ingredients.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed online, by phone or by WhatsApp.
  • We accept payments by credit card, cash, Zelle, and PayPal.
  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. The order is formalized with 50% of the quote and the remaining 50% before receiving the order.
  • Minimum orders are from 12 units (depending on the type of product) with 7 days in advance for small orders and 30 days for large or special orders.

4. Deliveries and Pickups

  • We offer delivery services in the Bronx and Manhattan area at an additional charge. The rate depends on the miles. With a base price of $30 + $6 per mile.
  • Deliveries are made within a specific schedule agreed upon at the time of ordering. You can pick up between 11am – 7pm. Our business hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Customers may also choose to pick up their orders at our facility or notify us at the time of placing their order of choice of pickup or shipping. Same-day delivery change is not accepted or may be subject to availability and extra charge.

5. Cancellations and Returns

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days, depending on our working hours) prior to delivery with a 20% charge. If your order is cancelled in less than 72 hours (about 6 days) from the date of your order, the fee increases by 10% per day.
  • Returns of food products are not accepted, except in the case of defects or errors in the order, notified and verified in the same delivery of the order. You will be given a document on how to Care Cake with each order so that you can enjoy it with these guidelines.
  • The customer has 5 days before delivery to make any changes. If you want to add something at the last minute, it will be at an additional cost if Dulce Salado y Mas Nyc LLC has the availability.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
  • By placing an order, you agree that we may use your details to process the order and keep you informed about our offers and promotions.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • Use of our content is not permitted without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
